“I am speaking on my own behalf,I have been working at this BK Since October 2021. I am also one of the night shift leads. I do my best to resolve unhappy customers, and I make sure they leave happy.Sometimes we have longer than normal waiting times. Being that our staffing shortage, but the customer is my main priority. I remember when the service was horrible, and disappointing especial when you got the order 20 minutes later, and it's wrong, room temperature like it's been off the heat.Since Ambrosia QSR bought the store from GBMO. Time from menu to window has improved a lot, food is not cold when you receive it, and management strives to have you leave happy, even when we're rude to them for no reason. .When your spending your money we expect what we asked for, and make sure your getting what your spending. Some times your orders are wrong, and your upset. You have every right to be, but I am going to make sure you leave happy, but sometimes they are unhappy. Your way :).“
“We stopped in Friday and the staff was Awesome, fresh seafood, great Crab and their clam chowder is full of clams not other fillers. You have to add salt as then make it without salt so you can make it taste how you like. I highly recommend getting fresh seafood from them.“
