“I've only had their food once, a few years ago. It was absolutely amazing!!! They are finally open for breakfast hours 🥳 so I went to try them again today, to show up and find them closed at 9:45am, when their hours stated they opened at 8am. So I called and left a voice mail. I got quick reply via text explaining they had an emergency situation with a water pump and had to close for the day and their apologies. The next text I received from them was that my next sandwich was on them! 😲😯😮 This people is true customer service!!! This is how you keep customers coming back!!! If you want to be treated right, you have to check out this food truck! I count vouch for their food since I haven't had it in a bit, but I can vouch for their customer service! and in this awful world, a little kindness goes a long way! “This is an excellent cadillac-style food truck. I have watched it grow from a food truck to a large trailer, with large, covered eating areas with picnic tables, Mexican Coke (real sugar) and orher drinks, lots of choices of free hot sauces and, of course, they have EXCELLENT authentic Mexican food! “The seating area was set up nicely. (Two nice wooden picnic tables under a decent tent with open entrances and a roll-up window. The area was clean and shaded, with cute flowers on the tables.) The woman who took my order was polite and friendly - and thanks for having her long hair pulled back nice and tidy. Parking was available. Menu options were fine. There was no line, although there were people waiting and more who came after us (indicating they do have a regular customers). The time to wait for food was fine, probably 10 minutes.

I ordered their white board special - a burrito bowl, in a crispy shell, ($11), plus a quesadilla for my grandson ($10).

I took off a star because…. The beans were super thin, more like soup. They had decent flavor but too much water and/or oil. (I know thinner is more authentic, but this was beyond that.) The red rice was super bland and IMO would have been better if it were just plain white rice. My bowl tasted fine, but was mostly filled with the thin beans and rice, (makes it pretty soupy), a small amount of little chicken pieces, plus some greens and tomatoes with a sprinkle of cotija on top. I did appreciate the sliced radishes and lime on the side, they added a fresh touch. For my grandson, I told her I was with a picky child and asked for a plain quesadilla and a side of beans, but what I was sold was an adult quesadilla plate for $10. He didn’t like their beans, and he never eats rice or salad, so we basically paid $10 for a tortilla with cheese.

I’m still leaving 4 stars because there was nothing really wrong with the food (it wasn’t burnt or raw, it didn’t taste bad), and the set up and service were nice - but how they prepared the food was not to our liking.“

“Super authentic and affordable mexican food! They have everything from breakfast to classics to dessert!
The mulitas were fantastic with an amazing smokey spicy salsa, the portions were generous and the kind owner/wife gave complimentary soup while we waited.
We also tried their fruit bowl which was huge and filled with fresh, sweet, ripe kiwi, melon, bananas, blueberries topped with whipped cream and granola.
So glad we stumbled upon this hidden gem!“

“Super friendly and the food was good. I got the wet Carne Asada and oh man it was good. My husband hot the Chicken Burrito and though super flavorful the chicken was dry. I will go back and try more. Some other clients were there and got some type of Tacos and they looked amazing too.
