love the food but really disappointed in the delivery when they forgot the side salad. I really wanted the salad and not refund can make it better.
I want to give a shout out to the staff tonight, at Shari's in Wilsonville, Oregon. They were short staffed, stuck with a new cook who was irresponsible, kept leaving her post and walked out on her job while we were waiting to order. They had only two staff to handle the whole place. The night manager was doing the cooking and bussing, the waitress was doing the hostess, serving, and bussing. We just stumbled across this place, and had to comment. Our waitress, Debra was wonderful. The food, while not gourmet, was as good as you could expect from a diner. And the price was extremely reasonable. We’ll be back.
