They have a very positive attitude every time I go on my late night Dairy Queen drives, they have short hair and are here when I come at night with my pup! They are amazing! I hope they get their recognition cause they’re killing it!“

“The line at the new opening WA was way too long since it just opened so I waited the whole way to Roseburg for this. I'm pretty new to In-n-out but I love how consistently fresh and decent the food is, how inexpensive it is, and the friendly staff. This location was no exception. I just found out you can have grilled onions on your hamburger so I tried that and I was not disappointed. I wish they had onion rings as an option, but they have a simple menu and they're good and consistent and uncomplicated and I love that about them. I got there about 930 pm after a long day of driving and it was everything I needed it to be.“

“Whomever is assembling burgers tonight at 6ish pm is killing it! Best looking burger I've had from Five Guys Roseburg. Fries were cooked well tonight (usually soggy), a tad over salted but well 👏 done. I've eaten at a lots of Five Guys in various states & have been waiting (and hoping) this one would rise to the occasion. Keep it up!“

“Today I went in for a late lunch and there was a very friendly and very sweet lady that rang us up. she was so nice and sweet and had very very wonderful customer service!! we haven't been there in years but decided today we would try it again. we were instantly greeted by the staff. The young lady ( I didn't get her name) that rang us up made sure we had everything we needed, talked to us with the most respectful, was super sweet, had a little conversation with us. I love seeing such great customer service!! I wish I would have gotten her name! She was there today (11/24/23 around 3 or 4 pm) wearing a blue shirt and a hat with tattoos on her right arm and had a lip ring. she was such a super sweet lady and such great customer service!!!“

“I sometimes go in for dinner since it's close to my place of residence. The food is always good, however, when bagging the orders, shouldn't the employees be wearing gloves? I don't find it sanitary to handle customer's orders without gloves. I'm sure they all wash their hands thoroughly, but it's a concern to me. But I still go there anyway.“

“The Roseburg location has an owner that does not follow the franchise rules. She is rude and their employees argue with you about toppings which by policy are unlimited. We don't even get that many topping just extra cheese and honestly we its not extra. they barely put any own so we ask for more which would be considered normal at any other pizza place and they say the owner won't allow it. that is not the mod way. you have ruined MOD in Roseburg. Go to any other mod and they have music playing, they're upbeat, they smile, they joke around and they most assuredly do not treat the customers poorly. Do yourself a favor and skip this location. Medford, and Eugene are worth the drive not to deal with this place.“

“Honestly, not what I personally would expect from a Taco Bell, the service was good but started to go downhill as we started to end the session. The atmosphere does seem pretty welcoming and is fresh, a sign that they keep everything clean and up-to-date. The food was delicious, but honestly extremely messy (from a quesadilla) and somewhat greasy. I would say this is good enough to get another chance.“

“I came here on Friday, got there as one person was going on there lunch so it was down to one person in a rush but she was actually very kind and willing to help everyone even tho people were rushing her she kept a cool head with ease and made us all smile with her personality. I got a steak and cheese on flatbread with all the peppers and it was so good, definitely recommend coming here for your fresh food and good vibes.“

“Placed an order online for the wife and son. Told to come at 8. Got there and had to wait another 20 minutes as the poor kid working was alone and getting slammed. The food was fresh, they enjoyed it. Usually better, but it's subway. If your sandwich is bad, you did it.“
