It’s been a few times now, I order the Mongolian beef and ask specifically for no bamboo shoots. Instead of just removing that specific item. The chef adds extra celery and onions with minimal beef ( like 4 peices , rest vegetables) It’s kind of dissatisfying and disappointing as I order to go. I don’t think I will order that item any more.

I’ll admit, based on all the good reviews I had high expectations. The meal was so bad, I was basically forcing myself to eat it. I got the drunken noodles. It was essentially all vegetables and little noodle and meat. It honestly looked like a salad. The entire thing was incredibly watery, like there was a pool of watered down juice at the bottom of the bowl. My friend got the curry, potatoes were raw and carrots were rotted. Same as my carrots. Truly so terrible, not worth any of the $16 I paid for some veggies.

I had an amazing Thai chicken and vegetable dish at The Fork – Fairview Food Plaza, and it did not disappoint! The owners were incredibly friendly and took the time to listen to my preferences. The dish featured large-cut, fresh vegetables and perfectly sliced chicken, all coated in a rich, flavorful sauce. It had a bit of a spicy kick (they forgot to ask about my spice level), but it was still absolutely delicious. Served with fluffy steamed white rice at no extra charge, the portion was generous, and at just $15, it was a fantastic deal. Highly recommend!

Ordered the Panang Curry with tofu. The staff was friendly and the service was fast. It comes with good to-go containers and more importantly, it is delicious!

Stopped here before going to see a certain movie in Gresham to eat as move theaters’ food are generally not so good and expensive. They have plenty of options for vegan such as salad rolls, and meals that can be modified to be vegan-friendly such as removing eggs and certain sauces. I ordered the Pad See Ew. It’s not exactly “pad” or “ew,” but I can see that it’s not anything delicious for food cart. I went to this one as it’s the most vegan-able cart than others. Somebody need to bring a vegan cart here. Worth coming just to see the gigantic fork.

Got the beef salad, looked great, all I could taste was fish. Way too much fish sauce. When I told her I wasn't able to eat it she just shrugged and said, everything has fish sauce. To bad I tipped before I got my food.
