My best friend and I were on a road trip down to the redwoods. Stop at Dutch Bros to get some much-needed coffee. Zoe and her group were absolutely awesome. Great customer service, very friendly and delicious coffee. I highly recommend them stop by if you’re ever in the area.

Gotta be careful pulling into this Dutch, if it’s too busy you’ll be stuck on the street. The one person taking orders was super nice, but was rather busy for only one order taker. I’ve only been to this location this once, but the drink tasted just like every other location. Love the consistency and that they’re always good.

I love that they give you a free drink on your birthday. Nothing like a mango smoothie on a hot day.

If you come here to order a drink, you better bring some holy water and a stake because the employees are blasting music loud enough to wake the dead and also loud enough to not hear anyone yelling their orders to them.
If you're gonna do that, you could at least play *good* music.

Workers have music turned so loud that you can't hear or understand them even while they're yelling to be heard over the music. Had to repeat my order 6 times, when there seemed to be a very simple solution to the problem at hand. Maybe if the volume is stuck on max, turn the music off?
