“The food here is great if it's made by certain staff. As for second shift crew they can be friendly or not so friendly it's in between depends on who's working the window that day. Yesterday, I had a guy with an attitude and terrible customer service and I was friendly with him used all my manners. So it just all depends the atmosphere is kid friendly and they serve the Krabby Patty meal which in my opinion was very good. The fries were fresh and everything was given to me in a timely manner.

Parking: The Plank road and the one over near Altoona Hospital both have good parking it is easily accessible.

Kid-friendliness: They offer kids meals while also having a wide selection of foods. The staff can be good with the kids or just completely ignore them it's an in between thing.

“Really like this location restaurant at 1300 7th. Another Wendy’s on Plank Rd made a the mistake saying I was at the wrong Wendy’s, but I was not, they were very nice and honored my order on app. Management was great very courteous at 1300 street location . “

“I was crying inside the Burger King because I was having a really rough day. My snot was dripping down so much that it looked like yellow ketchup on my fries. An employee noticed my teary eyes, so he offered me a napkin to wipe them away. He said, “What’s wrong, buddy?” I told him, “My friend Luigi is in deep trouble, and I don’t know what to do.” He sighed, stared at me, and said, “I know what you’re going through. Your secrets stay safe with me.”

Then I proceeded to have a 10-hour conversation where I talked about my deepest, darkest secrets to this employee—stuff that I’d kept bottled up in my chest for so long that I felt a physical release when I could share what I did with him. I was so worried that I would be judged, punished, or humiliated. But he listened with open ears without a big reaction, just a nod and a sense of “I understand you and I forgive you.” And I know he kept his word because I’m not in jail.

Needless to say, the McDonald’s down the street didn’t have a guy like I had in Burger King. Last I heard my friend was talking to a guy named Remy… apparently had buck teeth and spilt a lot of beans… weird because I didn’t think McDonald’s had beans.

Anyway, the burgers were great—charbroiled, 10/10 no notes.“
