It seems as though if they are busy or slow, my quesadilla burger is always cold.The weight staff did give me a little hint about cold french fries: ask for unseasoned and they have to cook them fresh. I don't know why they can't address this issue when I complain almost every single week.Yes, I keep going back because it's a good burger just the same and they can zap it in the microwave to warm it up.“
“Customer service is above any other fast food place I've ever been too! We waited over an hour for food at McDonald's down the street with hit or miss customer service, and then we got a frosty at Wendy's, waited 4 minutes to get it, then got it for free for our wait!As for food, the frosty cream cold brew is like no other. Great flavor, super rich, and cheap! The hamburgers are also great, and the fries are amazing, if you like them like them crispy.Overall 10/10 would recommend.“
“In the past few weeks I've visited here at least 3 times or so, I've ordered from the kiosks in front of the counter which has been easy to do the only reason I gave a 4 for service is because I always have to ask an employee for my cups, it's not that big of a deal but just a little annoying over a good place to grab a quick bite.“
“We really enjoyed the pizza and it was a bar style pie. Very thin/crispy crust with a sweet/tangy sauce. It was cooked perfectly. The service was excellent. They let you know your pizza will take 30 minutes so we got the loaded fries to hold us over. They were waffle style and very good. We got ranch for dipping instead of the sour cream they come with. Very reasonably priced and check into their specials on different nights of the week. My son goes to St. Francis University and we wanted to try something different for us in the area. We really enjoyed this place and will certainly return. Just thought I should mention everything was very clean and well-kept to include the bathrooms. Very nice family place. The bar room and dining room are separate.“
