To the staff member wearing a pink hat, your position is to assist with customer service. Please don’t make it so obvious that you are annoyed with people who sit down and need a table cleared. Throw your rag down at home and not in disgust at paying customers. Hope your attitude improves“

“Your food is excellent and I've been a customer at the Union Ave location for years. I could call, place my order and it's ready when I arrive. Always excellent. Been waiting for the new location to open! HOWEVER, I did not appreciate your new ordering system tonight when I tried to order our favorite. Can't speak with anyone, must order online. $3.95 service fee for the privilege of placing the order. Your new system gave me some cryptic response about the card I use everywhere and everyday not processing and then it just froze. I'd like to patronize your business but I don't like it when people I'm trying to help make things difficult for me.“

“We stopped in today, I had the meatball sandwich that was on the special. Cindy had a side salad and we all split an order of onion rings. The meatball hero was great, on fresh hot bread with lots of good sauce and cheese. Cindy loves the house dressing and the salad, was fresh, crisp and cold. The onion rings were as good as I've ever had. If they make them themselves they should sell the batter mix in bags. The new owner Tina and her staff were friendly and attentive. Stop in, or call, and try them out, we will be back.“
