“Busy place at noon, parking and tables full, but people are in and out fast. Service very fast. If you dine in they still package your meal in a bag..no tray. Famous for tender chicken..salt sugar brine, not pickle brine. Sandwiches were good but certainly not gompy-good at $8. Cross-cut fries are white and dry, eek..NOT brown and crispy. People like other dishes they offer. I won't return.“

“Hello, I'm from Pittsburgh and have traveled to Altoona for my son's track meets. The food always looks good and tastes good. The restaurant is clean. Service is excellent.
The grease is changed when needed. This is important as you know but others dont. I had another restaurant serve me food from old grease and told me it was the new batter!!! 😂 The food was dark brown and hard. This stores food is always that golden color and just delicious!!! When I'm in town, Long Johns is my go to!!! Keep up the good work in this store.

“I really appreciate the drive-thru staff. I always end up ordering late but they are always pleasant and helpful. The man who has helped me the last couple of times was great and even wished me a safe evening. Thanks for the special care.“

“We order lunch at this location quite often and we're 90% satisfied for the last 3 years. Some days are a little off. I'm a big fan of the market fresh honey mustard chicken wrap, and the jalapeño poppers are the bomb. I do wish there was an option to have burgers cooked well done though. The classic roast beef has a lot less beef than it used to. It's a typical eat-in experience, so we usually order through mobile for pickup and that works fine.“

“Easily the best Burger King I've ever been to. Time after time their service is exceptional. Every one of their crew goes above and beyond to make sure I'm happy, and get the food right. It sucks because they spoiled me for every other BK, I don't think the service and quality of this particular one can be matched. Also shout out Derrick who also personally goes the extra mile to make sure you feel important. That kinda service doesn't come in fast food much, so I feel like credit is due.“

“Always have a great meal when we stop. Today was no exception. The only issues I had was spending $43 and not getting credit in my rewards account even though I scanned it, and then after opening my sandwich it was steak instead of chicken. They were too busy to even let them know and it wasn’t a hassle but kinda disappointed us with it being made wrong. Still always a step above Subway.“

“Im not a big reviewer but I have to say sat June 13th 6pm'ish we ordered food, and was surprised. Iv eaten at alot of fast food places. And this place is probably the first to serve us burgers that actuallu looked like they came straight off the sign. Absolutely wonderful meal. And presentation was as perfect as perfect gets. “They have a great team working inside the local Wendy's. I appreciate the way they talk to the customers and try to help you figure out what you really want to order. They also keep it quite clean, even the restrooms are usually in good condition. The atmosphere with the fabulous food options are a nice place to go grab breakfast, lunch, or dinner. “I've been to many Subways in different cities in the country. This is the best Subway in terms of quality of food. You can tell the staff cares about the freshness of the ingredients. Best, freshest bread of any Subway I've eaten out, hands down. The ladies that usually work during the day are very nice and take the time and effort to make you a good sandwich the way you want it. Any time I'm in Altoona, I stop by this Suubway and get a sub!“

“Went to this location late at night and didn't realize the cash registers close before the restaurant. Having brought only cash, I was about to leave and come back another time. However, an employee named Owen used his card so I could use my cash without having to make another trip in the rain. Overall a wonderful experience and I got my food so I couldn't be happier! “We won't be dining in anymore. If we ever decide to eat, I'll just do a pick up. The younger workers were polite and the older ones seemed miserable. The lady running the cashier made me feel like a burden when I got there. Didn't greet me, just stared until I said what I wanted. We said thank you to the older guy that delivered our pizza and just completely ignored us. However, I noticed when a gentleman and his son were there she was really friendly to them. So I'm assuming it was just me and my family.“
