It was a type of flat pancake with very delicious sesame seeds and scallions. The dipping sauce was and another burst of flavor.The Orange beef was very good. The meat was tender and an explosion of flavor. The ingredients seemed very fresh.The Bean curd with Szechuan sauce was very excellent. The veggies were crisp and the sauce was a good proportion to the rest of the dish.The owners were very friendly and made sure we were taken care of. “I travel a lot for sales. I love a hole in the wall Chinese food place. I thought that’s what this was gonna be. It’s not.Parking lot is crowded due to the nature of the strip mall. Laundry mat, some small stores, and really just decent foot traffic. Off the main road though so getting in and out is a breeze.Place was empty, must have just opened for the day. Atmosphere was nice. Had the typical Asian food spot vibe, but this place was very clean. It is easy to see how clean it is when no one is eating in there. I mean even the bathrooms were well taken care of. Only downside, no AC and today was hot, and I’m eating hot food. I don’t know their situation so a minor complaint because…The food was rocking. I mean it kicked butt. The food was fresh because it was scorching hot as it came out. Had to wait for it to cool off. Egg roll crunched hard as you bit into it. Soup had plenty of good flavor and was balanced with the spicy.You can see they are generous with the meat. It was so much I couldn’t finish. Felt bad throwing it away but it really was a large size.Service was excellent. Last who greeted me was very attentive and didn’t feel overbearing as I was the only customer in the store.Would definitely recommend to a friend.“

“You would think Shumai Wok is actually a dine in restaurant from its name. But it is actually a takeout and delivery restaurant. With that being said, don't expect off-the-chart service and food lol. Everything is pretty fast-paced in here. Don't worry about parking, since SW sits in a little center. I've only gotten sushi from Shumai Wok, so far so good. My favorite is the Philly Roll. It has the smoked salmon, cream cheese, and avocado(I have ask to sub the cucumbers with avocado). Boston Roll and Crispy Kani Roll is also very tasty. Will update once I try other rolls in the future.P.S. Shumai Wok accept credit cards. If your purchase is under $10, they will add a surcharge of $0.50, I guess for fees.“
