Next up the food it was delicious and filling . Staff very personable , owner loved chatting up Philly . We truly will be back and pass the wird to our Philly families .“

“I visited this small yet quaint ice cream parlour today late in the afternoon at around dusk.The parlour was cold in the inside as expected for ice cream purposes.I got a large vanilla milkshake topped with whipped cream.I went with a few other cronies and the price was reasonable and affordable for it’s presumed rate of high prices.The ice cream itself was quite delectable and tantalising for my taste buds.“

“Good, fresh baked. Great, unique selections. The only thing I would change is this: My daughter ordered cookies for my birthday instead of a cake one year. Late in the evening when she got off work, she stopped by Crumbl to pick up her order. They sold out of the ones that my daughter ordered and substitute other fresh ones. I understand setting high freshness standards but I would rather have the ones we paid a high price for rather than fresh ones that weren't flavors that we would ever choose. I stopped by one day to talk to them about it. They were polite but indicated that's how the do it. We have ordered individual cookies but never did another birthday order.“

“In regards to the Sinking Spring Rita's... No problem with the food itself. But after waiting 25 minutes in line, I was greeted with super rude customer service. Ordered a watermelon gelati, small, took a breath to keep talking, but the girl already turned away and started making it in the back, before she knew what flavor custard I wanted. She made vanilla and another girl asked if that was all. I asked for a twist for my custard and the original girl said "it's already made" and I said "I didn't finish my order" and my partner said "can you make it again please" after she gave us silence. Then she said "next time say that when you order" and I said "you walked away." Then we paid and resumed our lives. She was ready to walk away before I even told her what size I wanted. At the very least ask what flavor custard I want if you thought I was done ordering, don't just walk away without knowing what the customer wants. Incredibly rude to then imply I have to take the wrong order simply bc you made it wrong. So to the short blonde chick working last night (04/28/24) at this location around 6:30pm, I'm going to give you the benefit of the doubt and say maybe you had a bad day or were stressed bc the line was long and you were busy; however, use this as a chance to reflect and learn how to manage your mouth and take accountability for your actions, esp at work, bc you were just unnecessarily rude when you were the one who messed up. Or just take the customers whole order first.“
