“I tried the beef fried rice with shrimp and some extra sauce, and everything tasted amazing. The serving was more than enough and the flavors were spot on. The staff member who helped me was warm and welcoming, which made the visit even better.“

And I'm going to start doing videos for YouTube on the best spots to eat in the area at the best prices. So hopefully the restaurants I review will think that's cool. If I had to pick number one best Chinese food around Pittsburgh, this is the place for sure. There is another location in the area not too far I eat at too and I'm a fan but this location is number one hands down. The Won Ton Soup and The Egg Drop Soup are the best soup I ever tasted in a Chinese restaurant. My son who is a Kindergartner loves the Sweet And Sour Chicken, the fried donuts, and the fried dumplings. My favorite entree is the Shrimp with Broccoli and best house fried rice ever. I get take out a lot but the restaurant is beautiful and great atmosphere for kids. And they give great deals, so China City my number one favorite Chinese in the area.“

“This is a good tasting food. Good selection even for lunch. Service is great also. I just read where this is ONLY take out now. I hope that it is not true. Otherwise I'm not going. Maybe they don't realize that people drive to eat at their buffet. I'd rather see them raise prices and use Chinet paper plates than become a take out only place.“

At the time the place was warm inside and seemed to lack air conditioning, and the tables and chairs mismatched, but I’m not there to dine in, the food is what I’m there for. If you want to host a large party and need trays of food, this is definitely the place to order from. Many people asked where did I order this from because they were impressed with the quantity and taste of the food. Not my primary place for chinese but had exactly what I needed for an event. “We stopped by on a whim looking for something different in the area. The staff were very friendly and attentive, quick service. The food was really good and the serve large portions. They accidentally got part of my husband's order wrong but promptly fixed it without an issue. I had cashew chicken. The sauce was flavorful and I appreciated having the added vegetables, all was very fresh. The fried rice was great. Crab rangoons were fresh! Husband had tofu pad thai, spicy which he said was also fresh and good. Quiet atmosphere at the time we went (6pm on a Wednesday). We will definitely visit again!“

“Pretty average Chinese food however some of the best spring rolls I've eaten anywhere. They even have something called chicken balls. (Barnyard oysters?) I figured they would be kind of small but actually they are hush puppies. Looks like every other Chinese take away in the nation. “First time here and I know everybody's taste are different. Egg rolls were crispy and full. Won Ton soup was full of flavor and loaded with noodles. The fried rice, egg foo young, shrimp lo mein and house special was delicious. Definitely my go to Chinese.“
