It was better than I expected. I had an issue with the first order, but they fixed it right away. You can tell that this is homemade ice cream because, in my opinion, Cold Stone and Baskin Robbins aren't like Millie's ice cream. It was very good all around.
Millie’s is a local ice-cream chain. This particular location is in North Park. During my and my husband’s visit, an employee immediately greeted and served us. The menu listed many available flavors of ice creams, some of which were gluten-free and vegan. We chose four flavors, and they all tasted delicious. Some picnic tables were nearby. I do not believe that they accept cash.
Normally I write these under excited circumstances, especially when getting dessert foods. But today I'm a bit sad despite biking the park during beautiful weather. It the first visit here since it stopped being a Hawaiian ice stand and reopened as a Millie's. After a few visits to my nearby favorite Kool Cones over this summer I decided to give it a try instead.Everything is largely the same, at least on the exterior.
