This Starbucks receives mixed feedback. The staff is friendly and quick, and the drinks are consistently great. The space is clean and welcoming with plenty of seating. However, the Wi-Fi has a very poor connection and there are no comfortable chairs to sit in, making it more of a drive-thru type of Starbucks rather than a lounge. Most of the time the staff seems annoyed by guests and ingredients have been missing. Staff have been seen obviously sick while working, which is blamed on management. On a busy Saturday morning, a manager stepped in and got a drink made quickly for a customer who was late for work. One daily customer praised John for great service, noting he took care of a free drink remake. However, another order pickup showed a drink started with cows milk, then dumped and oat milk put in the same cup, which is not acceptable for someone who cannot have cows milk. The drink still did not end up correctly, with very little cold foam. There are not very many options to choose from with drinks and food, as four desired drinks were sold out.
