It’s like these people do not have a work ethic or the manager of this place has no incentive to serve customers you want a black coffee? That will be a 15 min wait. I mean look I get it, it’s Dunkin’ Donuts but most of the time they are fast. This Dunkin’ Donuts is like a Sunday afternoon. Slow and long. If you want something here cut out at least 20 minutes of your day and that’s just after you place your order.

OK, this is a donut shop, what do we sell here…DONUTS! So supposedly a snow storm is coming on Sunday into Monday, today is SATURDAY. Roads are clear, no snow, and business as usual right? I ordered a dozen donuts which 6 were glazed. Showed up to pick up my order at 9:30 AM, this place had almost NO donuts (see photo) and ZERO glazed donuts!?
