We called in a week in advance to reserve the party room. Staff informed us they no longer do that and it’s first come first serve. Two more times we called in regarding bringing in a cake and about ordering the pizza - also asking about the party room to be sure. No reservation, first come first serve.

THE OWNER IS THE RUDEST, EMBARRASSING AND RUINED OUR BIRTHDAY CELEBRATION!!!
CELEBRATING our birthdays a week prior we called to reserve the party room. The worker who answered the phone said they don’t reserve the room for Individuals it’s first come first serve.

Owner is an incredibly rude and unprofessional person. He kicked a bunch of people out of the restaurant so his brother could have the “party room” to himself. He stated “it’s my business, I can do whatever I want.”
Sure you can, but your family doesn’t pay the bills, and this party called ahead to ensure no reservation was needed.
👉TLDR: Don’t plan on having any events here, because you can have your event ruined at any given point.
