The food is wonderful & the service is even BETTER!!!! I ordered the BBQ Cuban with no bread a few moments ago and look at this gorgeous bowl they made for me! They really took time to make it super pretty. It made my whole day. And everyone was incredibly kind. I also had my bread put on the side (my hubby loves their bread!) and they even cut it. Just so happy. Thank you everyone there… we will be back!

I ate at one in Florida that was out of this world, so I was excited to see one opening here. I ate there once when they first opened up and I don't know if I want to waste my money again. I could have gotten the same meatball sub at sheetz or subway. Nobody wants a golf ball size meatball... ? ? tastes like sheetz , sauce and all. The staff was friendly!

Great food and great service. But as a customer I am tired of being asked if I’d like to “round up” and “donate to” whatever. It’s getting old as so many retailers are practicing this now. Because of this I hesitate to return.As far as tipping, the suggested tips were traditionally meant for the table service folks who can make or break a visit, not really for a checkout person. Should they be tipped, yes I’ll go along with that but I don’t want to see a suggested...
