The food is great but that’s where it stops. Continually I have gotten the same two people working who want nothing to do with a customer. The man who made my sandwich today corrected my order for me, then when I ordered it the other way he laughed in my face and shook his head. While waiting for my order, he was very condescending to another woman who asked about the size of a sandwich and even told another customer to “look right here” when they asked where to order. I'm not sure what all the hype is about. Associates were not very customer friendly and I guess the gimmick is "they slice the deli meat" as you order. Other than that it's a sub/hoagie, which we ate a short while after getting them and it was definitely a challenge because the buns just broke apart which left all the insides falling everywhere. Half a dozen napkins later and finishing up what was at that point pretty much a salad, we just weren't overly...
