“I just want to say how grateful I am to the customer service Altoona Plank Rd., Starbucks. I had gone to another Starbucks this morning, who messed up my order and refused to fix their error. And I walked into Altoona to ask what their policy was on fixing orders, and another Starbucks messed up. The cashier was so polite and kind and said we’ll fix it right up for you just show me the receipt in the drinks which I had with me and presented. And they fixed it right up and this truly just shows how well they are trained and customer service and I go to the Starbucks all the time and they’re just absolutely the best!“

“There was only one guy tonight, I didn't catch his name but he was giving exemplary customer service and was speedy too. Wish they would staff more people when they're the only one open but the man working tonight made the 10 to 15 minute wait worth it.“
