I just want to say how grateful I am to the customer service Altoona Plank Rd., Starbucks. I had gone to another Starbucks this morning, who messed up my order and refused to fix their error. And I walked into Altoona to ask what their policy was on fixing orders, and another Starbucks messed up. Basic Starbucks, staff is friendly depending on whose working. Most are extremely polite but beware of the few who need a new job. Coffee tastes great though and always presentable!

This particular Starbucks is hit-or-miss when it comes to customer service. While I do not frequent it daily. I'm here at least two times a week, and I hardly ever get an acknowledgment when entering or leaving. I understand that they are generally swamped in the drive-thru. But it only takes a moment to recognize a customer.I will say, though, the one standout is Sarah.
