“If you are looking for a local divey bar this is it. Bartender was pleasant. There was a dart game in progress on the night we came. We were too late to order food but behind the bar and bar top seemed pretty clean. The booths near front entrance also looked recently re done. Even though we are not from the area- the regulars were welcoming.“

Bartenders are very friendly and always happy to recommend a good selection if you aren’t sure. The atmosphere has a great vibe and I always love the music selections on their playlists. Jenkintown has a few nice BYOB restaurants so this is a great place to stop for drink beforehand or nightcap afterwards. It really rounds out the evening!“

Tonya Harding would be jealous of the grace and elegance of her as she sliced through the air and guts of the furry invader. After leaving the battered carcass of the bear strewn thither, she came back to me, covered in blood and bear feces. I was glad, for i was covered in my own, and soiled mine undergarments quite profusely. Jaeda offered me basketball shorts that are 2 sizes to big, and a Bird's Jersey, as is the custom of the region, and walked me safely to my chariot. Definitely try the cheesesteak!“

“Been there a few times now after discovering it a couple weeks ago and had a different bartender each time. Without fail, each bartender has been exceptionally welcoming and kind! Haven't gotten food but it does look good. Week nights seem to be quiet for a beer and very little wait on the pool tables. Went on a Friday and the place was buzzing, love to see it! Pool tables being $1.50/game is great compared to so many other places.

“A home away from home for Commanders fans living in Philadelphia. Old Bay is featured heavily on the menu, as it should be. They easily accommodated our walk in party of 14 and put up with us playing "Hail To The Redskins" on the jukebox repeatedly.

Just like a neighborhood hangout spot with pool tables, darts, lots of TVs with the game on. Real wood paneling - like a really welcoming, homey feel. All decorated for the holidays. You can just relax right into the place. And Archie is the coolest. The soundman and the bartender also were both stellar. Just a really cool place.“
