Love this place! We come here 1-2 times a week! The staff is fantastic and the pasta is incredible..

This restaurant serves excellent fresh made pasta. The best thing is its menu changes once every two weeks, so there are always new items to try. Servers are attentative and friendly.

They also have a small market that you can buy home and many nice olive oil to purchase.

Absolutely one of the best Italian meals. Visiting from NYC and have eaten in many excellent Italian restaurants but this one ranks near the top. Squid ink pasta with shrimp was my favorite. But all the dishes were great. It's a small space so be prepared to wait.

My first time here for some takeout food everything I got was over salted it was inedible. Would have been nice if they offered to replace it, it's not cheap. If you don't like a lot of salt when you place your order mention it to them.

Hidden Gem!
Amble is an adorable little town. There are a number of yummy restaurants to choose from…. If you’re looking for amazing this is the place for you! We were going to go most likely to blue Taj because it’s wonderful there. We stopped along the road at a number of restaurants and looked at their menus. Sorrentino was booked outside full tables. We walked inside more full tables. When you look around on peoples tables, the food just looks amazing. They change their menu on the chalkboards. I’m guessing every three or four days. The pasta is all homemade everything is made fresh there from local Sourcing. The pictures don’t do justice to the food. Also, the owner was walking around and making sure everything was perfect for everyone. I highly recommend Sorrentino’s!

Great place for fresh made pasta. It's small and intimate, and it's all about the pasta!

Some of the best pasta I’ve ever had! Worth the hour drive for sure! The customer service was exceptional. I will definitely be back!
