“Had to give The Lab five stars due to the absolutely out of this world food! My husband and I travel all over the country, mainly seeking out destination restaurants and let me tell you the food here is on par with that of the some most prestigious places across the country. My husband said he would rate the ribeye in his top five EVER! Other dishes are creative and delicious as well. Very cool atmosphere, makes you forget you are in Washington while you are dining. I will mention service could have been much more polished to match the food and ambiance. The majority of our question about the dishes where met with an “I’m not sure” from our server. Not really acceptable to not know the menu frontward and backwards when trying to deliver a fine dining experience. However the quality of the food and cocktails helped us over look the lack luster service. So ecstatic that this restaurant is in our neighborhood. Blows away ANYTHING Pittsburgh has to offer! We will return soon!”

“Went here for the very first time on Saturday. Hands down very very good. The other thing that I didn’t like was when ppl come in at least address the ppl with a hello we will be right with you. Not just walk by like it’s the worst day ever. Glad the food and our waitress was very good!! 😊 we will be back.”

“Went to Angelo’s tonight for an anniversary dinner along with good friends. The young man that was are waiter very polite and informative with the menu. Food was served promptly hot and delicious great desserts. Overall it was a very nice dinner experience!”

“First time back to Roland’s Trattoria in a while. So happy it’s reopened. The sauce is probably the best restaurant prepared sauce around- absolutely no bitterness or bite. The veal was tender and a very nice portion. The angel hair pasta cooked to perfection. This restaurant is apparently not well known or the fact that it is open again, after the owner retired, hasn’t reached the population in the area. This is an absolute MUST try experience. Well done, Roland’s. Oh, almost forgot- homemade bread. Baked in house daily and so fresh and soft Italian bread.”

“I just had my bridal shower at President's Pub this past weekend. I will say first and foremost - Carrie made it happen. She was so easy to work with and made my vision come to life. Everything was excellent - venue (outdoor patio), food, drink and service. I would recommend this place 1000%. We have eaten here before, so this 5 star review is based both on the bridal shower and just as a patron. So, thank you Carrie and the President's Pub for making my shower one that I will not forget 🩷”

“This place has great food. The wood fired pizzas are all good! We LOVE the loaded fries. The beer cheese is delicious. I think the food here is a hidden gem. Every time we go there, it’s empty and that surprises me. Maybe they need better advertising? I do think that if a place isn’t consistently busy that servers will move on. Waitress wage being $2.83 per hour still? This amazes me. Our server was Amanda and she was great.”

“This was a pass thru spot as we traveled cross country from visiting in the Midwest. We like places to sit down and not be chains you can find anywhere. We were delighted. Lots to choose from healthy and comfort options. My brother had the Sloppy Jolene with homemade chips which brought back childhood memories. I had the roasted Italian Hoagie with a salad. Both were great. The place was hopping but our waitress was super attentive, sweet and efficient with checking on us and with refills. The price was reasonable, the food was hot, delicious and speedy!! Thanks for a great stop.”

“Stopped by to grab takeout for dinner. Ordered a couple things we haven’t tried before and wow it was amazing !! Most definitely recommend this food truck and prices are more than fair for what you are getting. The size of the burrito is enough to feed 2 people, we love their food.”
