“Had to give The Lab five stars due to the absolutely out of this world food! My husband and I travel all over the country, mainly seeking out destination restaurants and let me tell you the food here is on par with that of the some most prestigious places across the country. My husband said he would rate the ribeye in his top five EVER! Other dishes are creative and delicious as well. Very cool atmosphere, makes you forget you are in Washington while you are dining. I will mention service could have been much more polished to match the food and ambiance. The majority of our question about the dishes where met with an “I’m not sure” from our server. Not really acceptable to not know the menu frontward and backwards when trying to deliver a fine dining experience. However the quality of the food and cocktails helped us over look the lack luster service. So ecstatic that this restaurant is in our neighborhood. Blows away ANYTHING Pittsburgh has to offer! We will return soon!”

“Kiln to Table is a shining gem in Waynesburg- in Greene County! They offer a small, specialized menu with daily specials. Many tea choices! We had the specials- tomato and feta fritatta and a Cobb salad with poppyseed dressing. It was perfection! Friendly service, clean with indoor and outdoor seating available. Please see my photos. The parking lot is across the road from the restaurant. Please give them a try. You won't be disappointed!”

“We visited Rizzle’s Roadhouse for the first time today! It is half bar and half restaurant so we expected the typical bar food. WHAT A SURPRISE! THE FOOD WAS EXCELLENT! There were four of us and we all agree and will go back even though we live an hour away. We had grilled chicken mahi-mahi, ribs and steak - all excellent! You won’t be disappointed!”

“Truly can’t recommend this place enough! Any time we have family or friends from out of town we try and eat here. While we mainly frequent the diner for breakfast on the weekends, we occasionally enjoy their delicious food other times as well. I have a service dog and they are always welcoming to her and respectful as well which is rare to find in small towns! Amazing service. Amazing food. Amazing place.”

“We stopped for dinner while on vacation. I left my purse there when we left. I called them a little after 7pm. Waitress was kind enough to meet us back there. Food was good and if we are back that way we will certainly stop again.”

“What a tasty and amazing spread! Ozy’s Bar and Grille has been our go-to for all of our catering needs for many years, and they never disappoint. Not only are we supporting a wonderful small business, but also people we are proud to call our childrens’ teacher (Mike) and friends. They truly are the best! This time, for our daughter’s wedding, we asked for something above and beyond anything we had ever requested before — appetizers that weren’t even normally on the menu. Without batting an eye, Kristen said yes… and what she created was absolutely incredible. Crab Cakes, Potato Croquette, Caprese Skewers and Bruschetta. The taste, the presentation, the attention to every detail… wow. Everything was beautifully done, and she even helped serve to make sure everything ran perfectly. It’s rare to find people who put so much heart into what they do, and it shows in every bite. We are so grateful for the amazing food, service, and friendship over the years. Thank you for always going above and beyond for our family!”

“Step into the past… Cattleman’s Pantry is a lovely little stop along Rt 40 in Scenery Hill that sells locally sourced items. A “General Store” feel, it has numerous rooms of great items for yourself or gifts. From the cash register to the telephone down to the shelves of items behind the register, you really get that old time feel. Unique hand scooped ice cream flavors, fresh eggs, snack foods, novelty drinks, fresh bread and more! They also sell pasture raised natural beef from their own farm, Vistamont Farms. You are sure to find something in this cozy little small business shop! Grab a seat in a rocker on the porch or head to the picnic tables to the side. Beautiful farmland view out back! What a great place and must stop along your road trip! Credit and debit cards accepted. *wheelchair accessible parking lot on the property.”
