And my espresso martini was good. Nick the bartender was awesome and welcoming. First time in Philly for my bday week I'm impressed. Will be a regular here the next five days lol“

“Came on a Saturday at 6pm and got seated right away- family of four. Service was very friendly, atmosphere was happy, cozy and warm. Good music playlist. I got the fish &chips and give it 10/10. Also ordered: Shepherds pie 7/10 ( excellent flavor but soupy consistency) French Dip 8/10 and Finn Burger 7/10. Highly recommend.“

“I celebrated my 40th birthday there set up by my wonderful girlfriend as a surprise party. The atmosphere was amazing and the staff were so friendly and accommodating. The food was excellent, as were the drinks. I can’t recommend Marty Magee’s enough.“

“Absolutely love this place! (To be fair, I've never been.) But the fact that they charge for FROZEN WATER and not the more popular BIGGER SHOT (like every other bar and restaurant does. ..ugh!) makes me want to rush on down to PA and get this top grade water and see for myself. How dare some of the other riff raff complain about an "on the rocks" pour and not just simply celebrate this purest of pure and tastiest of tasty ice that cost $4.50. MY GOD!!! What rock do these miscreants crawl out from under? Next time, I will be sure to order EXTRA "on the rocks." I want my spirit to swirl around and be diluted by this amazing ice made from the nectar of the God's, and available only at this excellent establishment. Please, Halligan's Bartender, do not do the unthinkable and give me extra alcohol. That would be unimaginable. I most definitely want less and to be charged more. Good vibes all around then! Cheers!“
“This was my dad’s favorite bar, and I love it too. He passed in 2013 and they still have his picture up—this is the spot I come to when I miss him. It hasn’t changed much, and that’s what I love about it. Good, cheap drinks, a cozy atmosphere and nice people.“

“We went for happy hour. It reminded me of the TV show Cheers 🍻 👏. It was beautifully decorated for the holidays. The server answered all questions about the menu and made a great suggestion to get the strawberry lemon drop. It was 🔥!!!
