“Always a friendly crowd and amiable bartenders. Top notch bar food (hand cut fries are a bargain.) It's the corner tappie everyone wishes they had nearby.“

“Nice Irish pub in South Philly. Went with my GF. I had the House burger which was delicious with onion rings (pictured). My gf had the Shepard's pie and she devoured a good chunk of it before I could take a photo. We shared the Bacon Mac and cheese as an appetizer.“

“What should've been my last stop of the evening before I found out how lame the bars in Jersey are. More of a cocktail bar, they had a decent selection of craft brews. The mango IPA had me daydreaming of a return trip to Appalachicola. As I had a half hour drive, I only stuck around for one beer. Out of all the bars I visited, this was the only place that seemed like a singles bar. Next time I come back I'll have to test that theory.“

“Great place!! Food was good and we came down to watch the Eagles game, plenty of TVs.“
“Small little Irish bar downtown. It's narrow, but there is a second floor with a pool table and dart board for your enjoyment. The service is efficient and friendly. If you're looking for a laid back place to grab a pint, stop by.“

“We were there on Mothers Day, early evening and there was only one other couple in the place. It was dead, like most of South Street. The food and service were excellent. I was so disappointed at all of the empty businesses & storefronts. The violence in this city is destroying so many great areas.“

“This spot is a great place for drinks! I highly recommend getting the big soft pretzel. It's amazing—soft, perfectly baked, and the mustard sauce that comes with it pairs perfectly. A simple yet delicious snack to go with your drinks!
Parking: Center City Philadelphia parking, mostly paid street parking or paid garage in the area“

“Went here on at Saturday morning. They were open at 9:30 which was great. Some regulars already there. They had sports on all the tvs. The service was quick and friendly. The drinks were cheap and well made. If your in the northeast check them out.“

“As a chicken tender fanatic, I have to say these are some of the best in Philly. They are SO THIN, which I personally love… they are handmade and you can tell. Knocking off one point for the fries, they needed salt and were just a bit lackluster.“
