“McLaren’s Irish Pub is one of those perfect little dive bars you’re always happy to find. Laid-back, unpretentious, and full of character. Love that they serve free snacks at the bar, such a great touch and exactly what a neighborhood pub should feel like.

What really made the night memorable was the sense of community. A customer had brought in crock-pot pork with rolls and cheese and was serving sandwiches to everyone. You don’t get that kind of atmosphere just anywhere.

“The wings are definitely five star the barbarian pretzel excellent. The food fell short on the Caesar salad because any chef that uses that shake on Parmesan after advertising shaved Parmesan just rubs me the wrong way. For $14 a few nice pieces of shaved Parmesan cheese would’ve been expected. I paid $14 for some Romaine, croutons and some shake on cheese not good!“

“Christen P was our server. She was very nice with big personality. Polite . Suggested the apple walnut salad with shrimp. Hubby says delicious. I enjoyed a panini brie cheese apples lettuce an pulled pork with bbq sauce an homeade chips. 10 out of 10 for both dishes .“
