To describe my experience, it is satisfactory. I was there with my grandma for lunch and to describe the lunch, it's superb. The food selection is good, the service is top notch and the atmosphere is without a doubt the best. The wait time was fast and easy. On a scale of 1-10 for the food 10/10. The service 10/10. The atmosphere 10/10. Overall it gets a stellar 30/30. Best food we've ever had. To the staff of Sake Mian, keep up the amazing work and my complements goes to the chef for making the best food.

Don’t go here. Was excited about having sushi. Decided to take myself to lunch and after being sat, asked if they had sake or kirin. Server said “we don’t have a liquor license, but why do you want a drink? It’s morning”. It was 1pm on a Sunday. Are you serious? Completely unprofessional. Just lost a customer for life. And not only that, she CAME OUT TO MY CAR to ask if she had done something wrong and proceeded to say “I asked because I was worried about you”. Because I wanted to take myself to lunch and have a beer? Are you for real? Maybe stick to just doing your job. How about that?

I thought the food was delicious, but the sushi rolls were very small. I’ve never had sushi rolls that were that small before (I have sushi at least once a week) . Also, the chicken Pad Thai could use more vegetables - I only had a couple shaved carrots.
I was a bit disappointed. The vegetable pad Thai, while tasty was mostly noodles and peanuts. I know pad Thai is as noodle dish, but the pieces of vegetables were small and countable. The miso soup was thin, the tom yom was similarly thin and lacking a bit of spice. Maybe it was the fact that it was close to closing, or takeout. I'll give another try at another time.
Update: the comment from the owner was correct and I was wrong when I referred to tom yom. I should have said seafood soup, which was bland and the seafood was a bit tough. As I said in my original review, given the circumstances, I'll give it another try.

This was my second or third time coming here for a solo lunch, and it’s always amazing. One of my favorite things is that they actually let me swap ramen noodles for udon noodles—something that might not sound like a big deal, but it’s surprisingly hard to find a place that does it.
The service is always top-notch. My waitress was friendly, helpful, and quick, which made the meal even better. The restaurant is always clean and has such a warm, inviting vibe that makes you want to stay a little longer.
I’d definitely recommend this spot to anyone—it’s a must-try.

They have the best bento box around - large portions and everything comes packaged extremely well (crispy items stay crispy, sushi stays cool, etc.). It's a great deal, delicious & I love that they have an option with spicy tuna roll (vs. just California). Their a la carte sushi is also very tasty. I have not dined in, only gotten takeout.

My 13yr old daughter loves this place. I do as well but she has a ritual where she takes all of her friends here. I wasn’t aware until I ran into her there by chance one night when we were both out. The server asked me if I knew her. I appreciate that she was inquisitive of her and her wellbeing. That’s a type of community care we need.
That said, the food and atmosphere is always consistently good here. The service is quick and friendly as well. Parking is slightly limited in the area but there are back streets behind it and a shopping plaza not far.
