“I'm not sure what it is about this place, but it's been nearly five years since our visit to this restaurant and I still dream about it. Best Italian food I've ever had in my life. If I ever find a way back to Pennsylvania, I will go out of my way to visit this place. There was a group of five of us and every single person commented how it was the best food experience they've ever had. I had the ravioli. I was jealous of every other person's dish, but mine was so good I don't even know if I could choose differently given the chance. Italian food is what they do best. If you order something other than Italian food then that's on you. Stick with what you do best. Cannot recommend more.“

“My 1st visit today, Lucked out and stopped by since we were in the area, they were open and hooked us up with a great square, we chose xchez and the hot sauce on the side..what more to say, the dough is rising in the pans waiting for the evening crowd, it is take out only, but very clean, very friendly people, they had a little bistro table outside which worked perfect for us..first bite, oh, the smell of fresh dough and that cheese!!! “We recently stopped at Sweet Pizzz on a road trip to the Catskills. The pizza was awesome. We got the thick square cut pizza. Crust was flavorful and crunchy. Great sauce. The place is known for its sweet sauce which was good. But we got the traditional sauce and had sweet and hot sauce on the side. So good. The hot sauce was my favorite. Very busy place on weekend nights. But the service was really good and reasonable fast for a Friday night at 5pm. If you love a blue collar joint in a small town with great pizza you cant go wrong here. Highly recommend it.“

“We ordered an Italian Stromboli tonight it tasted good and was well prepared. While eating it not only did I find one light colored hair in it! I looked and found another!!! Might want to have the girls pull their hair up. We usually have a great experience and this could be a once and done thing hopefully so.“

“We are long-time customers of Sciccitano's pizza. But since we moved to Elysburg, we have not gotten it nearly enough. We had some recently and were reminded of how good the pizza is. So this weekend we decided to try some other tmitems from the menu. My husband asked if they had jalapenos, and they said yes, they do, so he ordered a large pepperoni and jalapeno pizza, a square hot cheese pizza and a cheese steak. FYI, banana peppers are not jalapenos!!!! We got a large pizza covered with banana peppers, they are not the same. The cheesesteak was really good. And the hot cheese pizza had sweet sauce. Otherwise, that would have been great too. The sweet sauce overpowered the heat from the cheese, in my opinion. We will try it again another time with regular sauce.“

“We needed a bite to eat after visiting Knoebel's, but didn't want to travel far and didn't want a big meal from a chain restaurant. Found this quiet, clean and friendly place. It was late at night, but the food was made fresh and we were made to feel very welcome. Definitely will stop in again when we're in the area.“

“I am too far out of delivery area so my opinion is strictly based on pickup experience. Food is good for Domino’s. Yes there are plenty of great places for pizza in the area but sometimes you want Domino’s and that’s not a negative comment. It’s not the ordinary Italian pizza you get from the many Italian shops in every town. It’s different, has it’s own identity that’s what makes it unique. I took one star off because the app and ordering is atrocious! It’s not the stores fault, but still an inconvenience. The coupons never work right! The app will have a coupon for buy 2 or more for $7.99 and when you checkout out you’re still paying regular price even though it keeps asking if you want to add an extra item at discount lol. My only other complaint is that my pizza sauce wasn’t distributed evenly. Some slices were almost dry and others are nice and saucy. I’ve been in the restaurant business my entire life and the details are everything! It only takes 10 extra seconds to go from just ok to great. Staff is polite and courteous and greets you with attention as soon as you walk in the door, no waiting, very prompt! Place is clean, clearly well managed!“
