“This pizza is undisputedly the best in PA! We had never been to this pizza joint and just stumbled upon it. The pizza has a very unique home style authentic taste. Unlike any other! The people running the place were extremely nice and friendly. The pierogi pizza was phenomenal and a must try! Will definitely visit again when camping at Knobels.“
“Stromboli is a HUNDRED percent a must!!Their prices are definitely a little higher than I expected. One thing I must state is: my son and I went in because He wanted wings, so, we specifically asked if they sold "BONELESS WINGS" and He said "yes" and spat off the flavors... BUTWhen my so got home and opened up the box he said: "these are chicken tenders "... and yes they were ?% tenders. Not cool to literally say a bold face straight up lie just to sell some food...“
“My 1st visit today, Lucked out and stopped by since we were in the area, they were open and hooked us up with a great square, we chose xchez and the hot sauce on the side..what more to say, the dough is rising in the pans waiting for the evening crowd, it is take out only, but very clean, very friendly people, they had a little bistro table outside which worked perfect for us..first bite, oh, the smell of fresh dough and that cheese!!! “We are long-time customers of Sciccitano's pizza. But since we moved to Elysburg, we have not gotten it nearly enough. We had some recently and were reminded of how good the pizza is. So this weekend we decided to try some other tmitems from the menu. My husband asked if they had jalapenos, and they said yes, they do, so he ordered a large pepperoni and jalapeno pizza, a square hot cheese pizza and a cheese steak. FYI, banana peppers are not jalapenos!!!! We got a large pizza covered with banana peppers, they are not the same. The cheesesteak was really good. And the hot cheese pizza had sweet sauce. Otherwise, that would have been great too. The sweet sauce overpowered the heat from the cheese, in my opinion. We will try it again another time with regular sauce.“
“The woman who seated us (she was the only one wearing a mask and it was green) did not make us comfortable. Our waitress, Giusy, was wonderful. We asked the hostess for a takeout container and she brought the smallest one for a large portion. I had to motion for our waitress to bring one that could contain all the food. She apologized and brought the correct size. As I was finishing my coffee, the hostess stood there waiting to clean off our table. How rude! Who neglected to teach her about her job???? I didn't finish my coffee. We hadn't even walked away and she began cleaning our table. I should have spoken up, but I was too fed up.“

It was late at night, but the food was made fresh and we were made to feel very welcome. Definitely will stop in again when we're in the area.“
“I've been to Mt. Carmel twice in the last month because of a family house thing, and both times asked the locals where was a good place to eat in Mt. Carmel. All of the 5 people said there was nowhere really good to eat in this town but one mentioned this place. The store is nostalgic and clean and the staff was very friendly and I was honestly expecting bad food for the price, but the food was absolutely amazing! Mt. Carmel has at least one really good place to eat and I will get food from there every time I come back ☺️“
