“I don’t go here as often as I would like, but every time I have gone, the food has always been delicious, and the owners and staff are always so friendly and crack a joke or two! I love this food and it makes me want to learn how to cook it myself, but I don’t think I’ll ever be able to do it as well as them. The rice w/beans with pork and chicken, called “Rob’s Special”, is so good. Their plantain stuffed with beef, as well as their meat patties, are so good. “Over a month ago my daughter and I had lunch at Seasons 52, King of Prussia. I am really careful regarding eating out because I have sensitivities to certain foods which include onions, scallions, shallots, leeks, chives, and garlic. I explained everything to my server. She went above and beyond and consulted with the Chef to make sure there were no mistakes with my order. She did a wonderful thing! David Jacobo, the Executive Chef Partner at Seasons 52 came to my table and discussed what he could do. He prepared a special appetizer of "Flatbread" which was artfully plated and decadent with fresh basil. He also added a special side to replace a dish that was not on my diet. Chef David came to our table several times to question how I was enjoying his specific dishes. I know firsthand about being turned away from a restaurant because they could not accommodate certain dietary requests. A wonderful experience from the start with an attentive waitress and caring Chef. Highly recommend.“

“We had an evening out At The Table and did the tasting menu. It didn't disappoint. The food was amazing, my favorite was the scallop course. The only negative was a table of 6 near us who kept complaining. They arrived at the same time as us and also had the tasting menu. Our young daughter was more mature than this group of 60+yr olds. When the lamb entree came out they were convinced it wasn't lamb. It was lamb, and it was excellent. The whole idea of the tasting menu is to relax, take your time and have good conversations, entree at about 90mins and done in 2 hours. The waiter and chef were apologetic when they didn't need to be. I feel bad for them and wanted to post a review. Highly recommend the restaurant, awesome for a date night.“

“I had such a great experience at Akina Sushi. The food was fresh, beautifully presented, and honestly exceeded my expectations. You can really tell they care about quality—everything tasted clean and well-balanced, especially the sushi.

What made the experience even more special was the service. The owner was incredibly kind and welcoming, and even generously offered us drinks, which was such a thoughtful touch.

We also love the Nonna’s pie - square, but thinner crusted than a Sicilian pie with a excellent cheese blend and just a bit of heat/spice. “This is probably my favorite new restaurant in Conshohocken! In summary: food is great, and the owners are so lovely and everyone truly cares about elevating your experience.

I went for the first time right after they opened, and had a wonderful experience. All of the food tasted great, but what really stood out from that first experience was the service. It’s a true family owned establishment, and it seems like the entire family works here. 🙂 we even spoke with an auntie who had flown out from her home in India to help them during the opening! Everyone stopped in to see what we thought of the food, and make sure we were having a good time. It wasn’t overwhelming, it was just so authentically caring.

In that first visit, we ordered our food spicy, but everything tasted very mild. I did give the feedback to the employees, and they definitely seemed to take it to heart. Since then, we have been back for Dina and have ordered takeout several times. We have ordered spicy, and it’s always been so spot on it’s spice level! It’s the perfect very spicy heat, but not so much that I feel like I’m gonna die if I don’t dip my face in milk. If you like some spice, but not too much, the medium should be perfect for you.

We’ve ordered so many different items. I highly recommend trying their starters, especially if you normally just order curries and skip starters. The chaats and the bhel puri are so delicious and fresh and crunchy. I really enjoy their paneer and lentil dishes, both lentil curries are fantastic. The dal maharani is rich, creamy, and savory and is the best. Their raita is also delicious and fresh. Just try everything!

It’s located well, right near the main street in town. You’ll find both street parking, and a parking lot across the street that is free in the evenings.

With the level of care that the family and the staff puts into the food and your experience, they just can’t go wrong. I’m so excited to have them in town, and I highly recommend you try them out!“

“It’s dated, a bit worn, and absolutely perfect!
First time here, so I got a small Zep, a small cheesesteak, fries & a coke.

Zep sandwich - absolutely awesome!!! The cooked bologna (which refers to how it is made, as it is still a cold-cut and is not fried and served warm as I was expecting!), was a tasty variation of salami that I really enjoyed. Served on a local “Conshohocken roll” - which was puffy/doughy/yummy. Garnished with provolone, ripe tomatoes slices, generous onion slices, olive oil & spices. I then added some of the pepper relish (not spicy) that was in a jar on the table, to mix up the bites. Unique & delicious - a great sandwich!

Cheesesteak - I added grilled onions, lettuce, tomato & mayo. The meat was juicy, flavorful, of high quality, and was just the right amount. I enjoyed the softer hoagie bun (as opposed to the crusty sesame seed variety usually served in the city at the traditional places). A really good cheesesteak!

Fries - the only thing I wasn’t
“wowed” by. Totally fine, but nothing special.

Coke - came out of a fountain, and included a refill - the way it should be! Bonus - it tasted a tad syrup-heavy, which I’m not complaining about…

Overall - this place is a gem, and is worth a visit if you are in the area. The food is great, and walking into the restaurant is literally stepping back in time. Loved paying at the register on the way out, with requisite random candy for sale on the counter. Reminded me of going out to eat with my parents as a kid in the 70’s.“
