“Found this restaurant on line and it definitely lives up to the reviews I read. The food was delicious, the owner spoke with us and we asked for any recommendations of food choice and she advised us well. From our main course to dessert the food was delicious, all homemade. The bread was out if this world! Definitely will be back to visit when I am in the area again!“

“Busy lunch place on weekends and totally deserves it! The food is excellent and the atmosphere is really great! Plenty of seating indoors and outdoors! Excellent vegetarian options and delicious drinks. I got the roasted mushroom and gruyere sandwich, which had no business being as delicious as it was. Plus wifi and lots of street parking in the nearby area.“

“We love taking our handicapped mom out for ice cream and dinner. Cheese steaks, onion rings and fries are awesome and the many flavors of ice cream are decadent. It’s perfect for the family, kids and pups. To make it easy for mom who isn’t very mobile, we park in handicapped parking and eat in the car.“

“Visited for the first time yesterday. Such a beautiful shop and amazing ambiance. A big variety of teas and soaps. “I have purchased gift cards for the staff and they loved it. Yesterday they all had lunch - raved about the chicken sandwiches and the chicken salad - very fresh and delicious and inexpensive! One of the guys goes regularly for both breakfast and lunch!!! Place is great and nice and clean. Check it out.“

“Often times, these smaller road side food stands go unnoticed because the franchised fast food places are dotted everywhere. After a long day at the Crossings, we saw the long line and decided to give it a go. Something quick and familiar, we ordered an 8” cheesesteak that sign mentioned a 1/2 pound of meat, $9.25. A cheeseburger on seeded roll with ketchup, $5.25. And added a bundle of great French fries with a fountain drink, refillable, $4.99. What’s not to love? ❤️ The young gal at the window with the big smile, Nakayla, was pleasant and friendly. Right off of Route 611 in Tannersville, pull in, order, eat and pull out. Take a seat at the multiple wooden picnic tables along business and even a wooden ship play spot for the kiddos.“

“I moved to the Long Pond area earlier this year and upon doing so I’ve tried a few different takeout restaurants but NOTHING compares to AJ’s food and customer service! From the pizza to the cheesesteak (phenomenal by the way), this place is in a league of their own! Hands down. Very kind staff as well. Owner is very personable and has even made a couple delivers to me. Highly recommend! Enough to let you know that this is the first restaurant and/or food review that I’ve ever posted. -Ryan“

“Our first visit to Derailed Taphouse was fantastic, thanks to our server, Nico. We were a party of seven celebrating a birthday, and from start to finish our service was impeccable. Nico was attentive without ever being overbearing, super friendly, kept great conversation, and made sure every single order was correct. He checked in at all the right times, kept drinks filled, and genuinely made us feel welcomed. He turned a good meal into a great experience, and because of him we’ll absolutely be back. Food was also really good!“

Wheelchair accessibility: There are no stairs leading into the entrance and it is flat. Plenty of room for a wheelchair.“

“Delicious pizza. The inside looks right out of the 1980s. Service was nice and polite but the kids running the register were not dinning room staff, they were counter kids. We had to ask for everything which is not a big deal because the pizza speaks for itself. Its been very difficult since we moved to PA to find quality pizza but BB's knows what they are doing. Right amount of sauce, perfect blend of cheese and the crust...don't get me started. It was perfect. We drove over 2 hours for this. I'd do it again.“
