“Wow! I’d never been to any Crazy Mocha before and I have been missing out. Since I prefer the yummy (& higher calorie) vanilla chai lattes, it is good I don’t know where there is a Crazy Mocha near me. This is as good as my favorite SoCal tea place! I even set an alarm to get back there before they close.Highly recommended if you have to be in the Beaver Heritage Valley Hospital!“

“I am a regular who enjoys the warm and hospitable conversations every time I am there. As for there drinks they are so good and truly have noticed a difference with my weight and my gut. Bonus the owner is there frequently and is always willing to lend a hand or answer questions.“

“This is a new favorite coffee shop for sure! It's a super cozy and peaceful atmosphere, with plenty of seating and fun knickknacks that make it feel unique and homey. They have a lot on the menu for a coffee shop and even sell Oram's donuts, a Beaver Falls favorite. The coffee is delicious and sold for a lower price than at many other places. The staff I met were super kind and helpful! I'll definitely be going back and recommending to all my friends.“

“I finally tried this place, after thinking about it many times, and I've been missing out! I had the grilled cheese and tomato soup combo, and this may very well be the best tomato soup I've ever had! It was so thick and hearty, and absolutely delicious! “My favorite Starbucks location! Even when there’s a long line, they work through it very quickly and have never experienced any issues with my orders. “My daughter and I went to the Starbucks in the Target in monaca, PA and the manager Anna was working. She was beyond sweet. She went out of her way to make sure that we enjoyed the drinks that we had gotten. She even remade another drink after my daughter tasted the one she had and didn’t like, but she did not want us, leaving without being satisfied with our drinks. Such great service I would definitely walk in to target to get Starbucks from there before going just through a drive-through for the convenience just because of the great service!!! This world could definitely use some more people like Anna in it!!!

Kid-friendliness: She made sure that my daughter liked her drink that she got because she had never tried it before and when she didn’t she offered to make a different drink for her. She was so sweet to her.“

“One of the most efficient Dunkin locations in the area, imo. Even with a line wrapped around the block they are quick, efficient, and polite, Have never had an incorrect order from this location. Although the food isn't the best quality..... its Dunkin.... not sure what you would expect. Only complaint is with the customers blocking multiple busy roads, not the employees.“

“I had an outstanding experience at the McDonald’s near the 376 Center exit in Aliquippa. Bri, the manager, was absolutely fantastic—easily some of the best customer service I’ve received anywhere.
I arrived late to pick up my mobile order, and Bri was incredibly courteous and understanding. Rather than handing me food that had gone cold, she personally made sure my order was remade fresh. That level of care and professionalism really stood out. She was friendly, efficient, and clearly takes pride in making sure customers leave happy.

“Never seen a group of workers look so miserable. No customer service skills. Watching a lead touch food with bare hands after touching money. He treated the cashier like he was a complete bother because he needed change. Do better!! All we ordered was 3 ice teas and that took almost 15m.“
