“Known for their great meatball bowls (chicken or beef), seafood dishes and bacon gouda mac n cheese, don't miss eating here! Not your same old food. Excellent quality, fun drink menu and homey atmosphere. You may eat at the bar if you choose. Desserts and coffee in the little cafe too. Staff and service are excellent. Every time I come up to visit my family from Florida, I wind up at Grind at least once. Fabulous Sunday brunch too with a different menu.Vegetarian options: Many items can be adapted for vegetarians. Vegan may be more difficult. Gluten free options.Parking: Two municipal free lots nearby and free street parking at night.Wheelchair accessibility: Separate entrance. Ask hostess OR call for assistance.“
“Walking in here and you're in aroma heaven! First time ordering here, and absolutely in love with this place! Friendly staff, great food, welcoming environment, and makes me think of home(Az)!Thank you guys, I will be back. A lot! ❤️“
“My friends and family have been coming to Karpy's for many years! It's a great place to catch up with friends and family and enjoy a nice hot meal in the smoke-free dining room. Joe always makes us feel at home and has a nice frosty mug on the table for us as soon as we sit down! My 6 year old daughter loves the cheeseburgers and we've had many a daddy/daughter lunch date at Karpy's. Come for the most reasonably priced food and drinks around and stay for the conversation. The meatballs are insanely good and impossibly tender. Wishing Joe and Mrs. K many more years of success in their business which has always felt like home. KARPY DIEM!“
“I had stopped coming here for a long time, but decided to give it another shot. As often happens, there are new owners who have done a great job in revitalizing the food. Absolutely recommend giving a try, especially if it’s been a while since you’ve been here.“
“Gracie's is my home away from home. It's always so warm and welcoming there. The food is THE BEST on the planet and NOTHING is ever too much trouble. The staff are all so great and Gracie is the Mom you never knew you needed until now. She's is the glue that makes it my favorite place to visit! Can't say enough good things about the whole experience. And believe me- It is an experience!“
“I recently dined at Douglassville Hotel Restaurant & Bar, and it was an exceptional experience. The burgers are undoubtedly the best in the area, offering a diverse menu with over 100 options. The staff's dedication to customer satisfaction is evident, as they work tirelessly to ensure a delightful dining experience. To top it off, the desserts are truly fantastic, adding a sweet note to an already impressive culinary journey. A must-visit for burger enthusiasts and those with a sweet tooth!“
“Separate dining area in back for larger groups. My husband and I plus son and DIL and 4 yr old granddtr and baby brother. He slept happily while we enjoyed great food.Kid-friendliness: Room in the back (away from bar area) was very comfortable for all“
“Took my mom for her birthday yesterday, we made a reservation at 6, we were seated at 6:15. No big deal it's a busy place. Food was awesome, large portions definitely left full, very happy atmosphere, the waitress was friendly and checked on us often, my mom was very happy and left with the remainder of her dinner in a to go box, that's what mattered to me.P.s. I definitely recommend the fettuccine Alfredo with chicken!“
“Consistently good. Good food, relaxing atmosphere. What's not to like.UPDATE. Recently returned for first time since changing hands. Place has changed for sure. You now need instructions on how to patronize the place. At the old bar limited beers are available and can only order certain food items. Walk 15 feet into first dining area full service, full menu available. Walk 15 more feet you enter a no table service area, a few tables here with limited menu, but full beer selection. You need to serve yourself by walking up to a plywood looking bar with no stools, ordering, and return to your table. Walk up three steps and it’s back to full service and full menu. All in the same room. There may be other rules were are not aware of. It would be a bit easier to deal with if the whole menu and wait staff was available in the whole place. Our food was decent and service was good. Honestly if I’m going spend $ at a moderately high end place I’ll be looking for better atmosphere. They seem confused on what they want be.“
“Food and service was fine. Noise level required shouting to your dinner partner across the table in order to be heard. This was due to a table of 14 happy people all talking very loudly next to us. Would have been nice if the large party had their own room.“
“Delightful setting for solid diner fare. Attentive but not obstructive waitstaff, though they could beef up the host stand and check out procedure. Flounder special was good but slightly overdone, but that's a common flounder problem. Overall I'd get there again and definitely try one of those amazing desserts ;-)“
“Great good, as always. I'm not sure how long ago the decision was made since I don't get here often, but I was sad to hear that the lobster bisque is no longer on the menu. A bowl of that with some of the fresh, warm biscuits to do in it was a perfect treat. Otherwise, it was a great experience.“
“We ate there today, we had wings and a spinach and artichoke dip for appetizers. Both were delicious. They even toasted the chips for the dip. We also bought a cheeseburger and fries and they toasted the roll. I think they paid attention to the details which matter. We sat at the bar and waitress staff were attentive. I would go back.“
