They need to know how to blanh the fresh cut fries before frying the second time to get a properly cooked middle and crispy exterior. The fries are undercooked otherwise. Not many people know how to make a fresh French fry. I would also suggest shredding iceberg lettuce on your meat slicers at the beginning of each day. Bagged lettuce is for the chains, seperate yourself

Ordered food for a couple people at work, called in at 11 made the order for 12, I show up at 12:03 and stood in there while others ordered and got food inside until she handed me my food at 12:23. Half of the food was cold and half of it was steaming hot

We've been ordering from Troy's since they moved into the location on the Benner Pike. The sandwiches have always been top notch, and the service is very good. We've had an order or two over the years that hasn't been exactly correct, but they are always willing to make it right. Fastest delivery in town for any food service too.

You will need to update your hours online. When it says closes at 9pm that doesn't mean 7:15pm. Two cars pulled in at 7:15 ,to find it was locked up.

Ordered two subs. I waited over 20 minutes and then finally had to ask. They had been ready and someone placed on a shelf. The girl that took my order looked at me then at the bag five minutes earlier and just left it there. Asked for dressing on the side. Received none. Onions had a metallic taste. Pastrami hoagie was cold. Always had been baked in the past. If this was an option, no one asked. Staff complaining about another employee. Maybe should pay more attention to what they are doing. Always satisfied in the past.
