“Ahhhmmaaaazzzing food!! I am newly diagnosed with Celiac disease and this gluten free friendly restaurant may keep me sane. The bun was so yummy and I will be back for sure!! The only thing was the service... We never actually figured out who our server was. And the drinking water. It has a terrible aftertaste. If the service is better when we go back I'll update my review! The food alone will bring us back! 🙌🏻“

“If you are ever in Bellefonte this is a must try. Food is delicious, coffee is amazing and their desserts are phenomenal. They also have a selection of cold cuts and Italian products, are family owned and are a Bellefonte staple! It can be a bit crowded at popular times but they have great service and quick turnaround. Lots of space in Talleyrand nearby to sir for gran and go too.“

“Their food is delicious and there's no question about it. We ordered a Mutton Biryani and Lamb Kabob Bowl. However, there was so much rice in both and less meat, so we found the meat was not sufficient to eat the rice. If Cafe Alina wants improve its services, think about our comments and take some remedial measures. Thanks!“

“The place to go before the football game! Great Saturday morning eats. Sooo good!! Our server Jasmine was amazing. Her hospitality made us feel at home. She was very knowledgeable about the menu as well. Shout out to her!! We had the pecan pancakes, the waffle and regular pancakes. All top notch!! 10 out 10. The only downside is the line and wait to get in. Waited for 45 mins but it was worth it. Check them out. Highly recommended“

“I'm a regular lunchtime visitor, and every meal here is a delight. The Chicken Over Rice is consistently flavorful, with perfectly grilled chicken and just the right blend of sauces. Plus, the service is exceptional in morning time—the server is always friendly and polite. Highly recommend!“

“OMG the food is incredible! I had the arepa pabellón with chicken stew and it's hands down one of the best things I've ever eaten. I've only had arepas in Colombia and have never tried Venezuelan arepas; so glad I was able to try them here. The service was super quick and friendly too. I can't wait to come back 🥰“

“What a great family, small town restaurant with BIG portions and bigger hearts! We met the owner, Greg, in town. What a genuinely nice guy. His daughter Hanna, is part of the team! We ordered the wedge. Its a sandwich made with pizza dough. It was too big to eat in one sitting. The special was buy a wedge get fresh cut fries free. The basket of fries was huge too! Definitely worth the money!“

“I used to work here, so I'm a bit biased, but I feel that it's the best food that you can get in the State College area. Well worth the wait even when the line stretches long for days like the Arts Fest! Breakfast and lunch options are both fantastic and filling.“

“We came for dinner with a group of 16 while in town for a swim meet. Some restaurants struggle with large groups but not this place! Our waitress was absolutely fantastic at making sure everyone had what they needed. The atmosphere was perfect for a group. The main takeaway from the entire group was that the FOOD WAS INCREDIBLE! Two of the chefs, Alec and Quinn, came out to the table to make sure everything was ok and even answered questions about some of the dishes. The adults were loving the crafted cocktails and the kids loved the desserts! If you’re looking for a farm to table style restaurant that provides great service and pays attention to all the details-this is it!“

“The shawarma was not that great because the garlic was not fried well and why is the shawarma spherical in shape? Too many pickles and minced chicken! No smoky flavour in the chicken.

Another day, I tried the Navratan korma and it was delicious and the mutton curry was decent but didn't seem that fresh. Although, the indian dishes were definitely better.

About the service, they charged me someone else’s bill and they didn’t even realize it until I came back and asked for an explanation. Please pay attention to your customers.

“My husband and I love good food, but Indian cuisine is not one that we are experienced in. Decided the lunch buffet was perfect not only for the cost, but the wide array of curry options to try. We absolutely loved them all. They had a mild to medium spiciness (enough to warm you up but not make you cry or sweat), the flavors were bold and well put together. I had a number of questions that were happily answered by staff. All in all, great experience and will definitely return again.“

“My husband and I had lunch here today and I can't say enough great things!! The decor is so tasteful, it is so clean, and our food was amazing!!!! There were fresh flower arrangements on the tables!! I don't usually write reviews, but I was very impressed from our server to the very kind young woman who settled our bill. “I visited this restaurant after traveling from Michigan. I took a seat at the bar and I was greeted by the bartended immediately. She was very friendly and had a nice personality. Definitely a good choice for a bartender! The restaurant was nice and clean. I ordered a beer and a steak. Overall the meal was very good. Steak was cooked just right, fries were tasty and the broccoli was good too.
However, while the steak was very good, it had a tendon running through it that I couldn’t even cut with a steak knife. I just had to eat around it. Kind of a bummer.“
