Knob Hill campus sits a mile east of downtown, and I only walked the public sidewalk along the older brick halls. A sign at the entrance makes clear it is a working residential school, not a museum, so I did not go past the office. Tesla's old lab site is nearby if you are already on that ridge.
Only two girls working and they're getting it! Made sure our food was right and we had the sauces we needed
Asked for original recipe strips but they were crispy the potatoes were anemic and looked overcooked

Despite some criticism, some customers, including self-proclaimed true Texans with a discerning palate, highly regard KFC's chicken as the best.
