“Just wanted to give a shout out to Railroad House and their staff. April, Manager Adam, and our waitress Mary were super accommodating on helping us celebrate my daughter's 21st birthday. Food was great, our waitress Mary did a phenomenal job keeping up with our party of 13 drinks and food order. April had our table reserved and even accommodated us when more people joined our party. Adam checked in on us thru out the night and even brought the birthday girl a shot.Thank you all!! Highly recommend. If you come in with a large party, call ahead and they will take care of you.“

“It is a throw back bar.Ok..Ok..It a dive.! but a great dive bar! Walking in takes you back in time. I don't think there is a more laid back bar than Huie's in Berks County. Want to smoke a cigarette? You can. They don't chase you outside to smoke. It is the most non pretentious bar I have every been to. Beer prices are great. Scott, the bartender, is such a nice guy. Pretty damm smart too. Don't challenge him in Jeopardy unless you want to get your butt handed to you. This bar may not be for everyone and that's a good thing but it's good enough for me and all the other nice people who go there!! 1/2/24.. The greatest dive bar in Berks County. There are a lot of regulars and a lot if banter. If you are thin skinned or easily offended, this is not the place for you. If you come in feeling entitled or special, or demanding or complaining you won't feel that way when you walk out. Yeah, it a little clicky but it's like family when you are part of the click.“

“They care about trying to do a great job, and it shows. That feels like such an exceedingly rare thing these days.
Cozy atmosphere, excellent service. The dishes are presented well. Generous servings. Everyone works together, so it's never hard to get the attention of a server.
This is my favorite restaurant. I recommend trying the Cobb salad.“

“The first thing we noticed was the vibe. Nice atmosphere, not too loud and the feel of an Irish Pub.
Our server Zaire was 5 stars from the water glasses to dessert. He's a keeper.
The food was outstanding. The worst part was seeing what everyone else was eating too. Every plate that came out looked off the hook outstanding.
You need to get here.“

“Love the small bar vibe. I had the spicy garlic wings & a side salad. The awards don't lie, the wings are super yummy. After reading on here about recent service experiences, I wasn't sure what to expect, but I'm happy to report that the problematic bartender is no longer here and everyone I encountered was nice, chatty, and helpful. Highly recommend!“

“Walking in we were greeted by Kenny the owner. We sat at bar and enjoyed our service there with a very knowledgeable and friendly barmaid. The food was excellent and it was a very pleasant experience.
Parking: Very spacious parking lot in the back.“

“Had the best time last night with a party of 8. All appetizers and dinners were delicious. I cannot stop thinking about the homemade tomato Gorgonzola vinaigrette. I almost licked my plate. You cannot beat this homemade food. We will be eating here regularly and will tell all of our friends!“

“We reserved seating by the window to enjoy the spectacular view. The drinks & food were delicious! We sampled each other's food & everything was amazing.
The chef's menu changes every month & I enjoyed the Mexican fare he prepared. The elotes appetizer, chorizo soup & empanada were all on point. The spicy margarita was the best!“

“I usually go on a Monday for line dancing. Depending on the bartender, good luck getting a drink. The phone seems more important than waiting on customers. Great line dancing here, though. Lessons are on a Monday with dancing throughout the week. The only day that has bartender issues is Mondays. And that depends on who it is.“

“Love it here! Service and food are excellent! Nothing fancy, just a great place! Recommend the clam bakes! Hamburgers are Big! I have no complaints! Love the smoothies only $5.00. Great on a hot day. My whole family love it here.“

“Found this place recently by accident. Connie the owner is by far the most alert attentive and kind bartender I have ever met. Instantly has a calm and mellow feel from the second you walk in the door. Prices are fair, people are friendly. Riverboat saloon is now my go to place for a drink. I highly recommended trying this place. You won’t be dissatisfied in anyway.“
