I’m a delivery driver that just picked up an order here. Often, items are missing from our orders from other restaurants. Uber tells us to verify that all items are present.

The people working at Jersey Mike's on Saturday evening, July 18 2020 went above and beyond for us. I placed an online order and on our way to get the order the vehicle we were driving in broke down. I called and explained the situation because I knew we wouldn't get there before close. The person I spoke with was so kind and assured me I could still get my order.
