Starbucks in Bethel Park

“Wanted a holiday pick-me-up and accidentally came on red cup day. I know how busy that day can be for the workers so I felt bad, but the lines moved quick and I got my drink as fast as any other day. Efficient workers with great attitudes. Thanks for spreading cheer!“

“Again, it's Starbucks. Not a lot changes from store to store except for the availability of ingredients. Staff is friendly during the very brief interaction. Drinks come out relatively quickly. Only issue is when folks take other folks drinks by mistake. Not really anything that can be done but the baristas make up for it. We noticed this happening during our last visit but, in this particular case, the customer took an identical drink but bigger size mistakenly. "Mistakenly" as you can never tell as each person orders different items but I could see this being exploited by a group of friends often.“
