Starbucks in Greensburg

“I had quite the experience with Starbucks recently. My first visit to a location left me frustrated, as they made my order incorrectly not once, but twice, even after I specifically mentioned I couldn't have cold foam due to my dairy allergy and they merely scraped it off. Feeling defeated, I decided to try another location, nearby, and it was like night and day.

At the East Gates location, I was greeted immediately upon entering and informed that I would be helped shortly. Olivia was the one who assisted me, and she was a breath of fresh air. She kindly listened to my previous experience, and without hesitation, offered to remake my drink.

Talk about setting the mood for a long work day. This location deserves recognition for its clean, organized service and kind customer care. 10/10!“

“This is a very nice Starbucks located inside of the Greensburg Target. They added it a few years ago and it was a great addition! Usually pretty quick through the line

“We decided to walk in on a hot day for some iced drinks. My wife cab’t have caffeine right now and they were able to make her a pink drink with decaf tea, which was wonderfully accommodating. Jay also helped me use my stars on the rewards app and was helpful without an attitude. We felt very taken care of and the baristas were attentive and didn’t make us feel rushed, even though it was a busy time of day. The inside was also very clean with AC pumping and good tunes playing. Very happy with our Starbucks experience and it makes me wanna go back in to enjoy the space more another day.“
