The owner is awesome, his staff are so patient, kind, friendly and fast as they can be, considering how busy they stay! I have been going to this Dunkin for over 3 years, not one bad experience!
My husband and I go to this Dunkin’ Donuts on Linden and Oakland at least 1 or 2 times a week. Almost every time we have gotten delicious breakfast sandwiches and very good service. Last weekend when we went through the drive-through, we had awful service & awful food.I understand that ordering through the intercom at the drive-through sometimes gets mixed up& I’m always willing to repeat what I say. Very busy but once you get you have gotten service here you’ll understand why everyone goes here, owner actually works here and is so kind and patient with everyone, even the rude and impatient! Great crew working hereThey make my hot or cold coffees just right, every time!
