Right off the Lehigh campus this place has become an institution and I've visited many times over the years when, as an alumnus, I visit my Alma mater The food is great and the service speedy. Special orders for "vegan-izing" a dish... no problem. Large open dining room adds to conviviality (and noise level).
The newly open Cheesecake Factory in the Lehigh Valley,PA was everything I would have expected. The service was impeccable, Craig was our server. He was very attentive and super friendly. The hostess was nice, manager was great. The ambiance is amazing, no kind blasting music.
