“I had a party for my son & his wife who eloped in Ireland back in May. I chose Red Stag for the atmosphere & I’m so glad I did. Ivan the head manager was very accommodating and let me decorate with whatever I wanted (balloon arch and all) the only hiccup was the USB didn’t work on the TV for me to show all the wedding pics in Ireland. They knocked off some of the bill. Josh the bartender was amazing. The drinks were flowing and we kept him really busy. The food was delish, bangers, grilled shrimp, chicken, wings, bread & salad. Apple crisp & sconuts for dessert were also delish. All and all I’m so glad I had my reception here.“

“They have a nice setup, excellent dance floor with laser lighting and smoke machines, karaoke room, bar area with jukebox, and a patio out back. The only negative is that the DJs can be rather mid a lot of the time; there's often better dance music playing in the bar area, and the mixing is almost always terrible with all bass and no treble or mids.“

“We booked a rehearsal dinner last week for 25 guests. My experience started with working with Cindy on the menu and where we would be seated. The banquet menu they provided more than exceeded our expectations. Cindy provided all the help we needed to make the dinner and our guests feel warmly welcomed. The evening went very smoothly and the staff provided the utmost professional service. And on top of everything the food was delicious and beautifully served from the beginning to dessert. The prime rib was the hit of the night. We received nothing but praises from our guests. Thank you to all including the bartender, chefs, wait staff and Cindy for making our part of the wedding celebration so extraordinary. We will be returning!“

“Tight space bur I love sitting out back in the summer. The bartenders are attentive and kind! Sometimes it’s a lot there (vibe wise), especially with how loud the live music gets. But when the mood strikes, the Funhouse is a good time :) Drinks are pretty affordable too!“

“Joe's Tavern is a bar & grill located on W Broad St. in Bethlehem. They are open Mon - Tue 3PM - 12AM, Wed 3PM - 2AM, and Thu - Sun 11:30AM - 2AM.

My buddies and I stopped in for the first time last Thursday afternoon. The food was tasty, and the bartender was friendly and efficient.

The menu is small, but has all of your favorite bar eats; cheesesteaks, wings, burgers, sandwiches, etc. I ordered French onion soup, wings (sweet and sweaty/garlic Parmesan), and the onion mushroom & Swiss burger with garlic Parmesan fries.

The FOS was sweet and savory, the wings were crispy and flavorful, and the burger was juicy and well seasoned.

Joe's has indoor and outdoor seating. Pickup is available, but there is no delivery. Cash only.“

“I drove 45 minutes to stop in for one of their famous ribeye sandwiches, which I've had in the past. Even though it was a very busy last day of Musikfest, Nikki served me with a beautiful smile. She managed to get a couple of sandwiches for me, even though it was not on their temporary menu due to the "fest". The cook passed by my table and checked in on me when he saw I had the special request.
They don't know me, and I'm not a local for over 30 years.
Thanks guys, it couldn't have been a better experience.“
