Horrible customer service. We ordered from their website, picked our options, and paid the extra money for Door Dash. Our order arrived with multiple issues (sauces when we specified clicked no sauces, extra things in salads, incorrect orders that were sent). We called to ask that they rectify the order problems, which they refused to do, and hung up the phone after they blamed it on Door Dash, which is crazy because they didn’t make the food.
