Let’s start by saying this was a Saturday night during Christmas season, obviously very busy and we totally get it.
We were a party of 4, 3 sharing tapas, 1 ordered a large plate. Tapas were fabulous with the octopus being a true standout. Lamp chops, empanadas,spinach dip, slay! It would’ve been nicer if the person who had the large plate would have gotten their food not after all the tapas were pretty much eaten already again I totally get very busy. On a recent visit to Bethlehem, Tapas on Main was recommended. This restaurant does not disappoint. Unique Spanish Menu, welcoming and helpful staff, great food all on a historic main st., what more can you ask? We will surely return and thank you to the staff.

Tapas On Main offers a variety of small and large plate dishes, with an attentive staff and a pleasant atmosphere. The blue crab appetizer and mushroom plate are standouts, featuring tasty sauces. The shrimp is cooked perfectly, and the pork belly comes with a delicious sauce. The chicken and steak paella have well-seasoned rice but could use more flavor. Prices are slightly high, but the unique mixed drinks and Sangrias are a highlight. The portions may be small, and the charcuterie board could be better value, but the artichokes and mushrooms are excellent. The empanadas, however, were burnt and overcooked. Food is flavorful and delicious, perfect for sharing with friends or a small group. The ambiance is warm and friendly inside, or outdoor seating is available on warm days. The restaurant is well-located on historic Main Street. The staff is welcoming and helpful, contributing to a great dining experience. While some dishes like the steak may sometimes arrive cooked differently than requested, overall, the food and drinks are enjoyed by many. It’s a nice place for dining with friends, with room for some improvement in certain dishes.
