“Where do I begin… This place is beyond words, every bite it decadent, delightful, exquisite and masterful. Francis is a true master in the kitchen, each time we visit the menu is different, and I’ve yet to have anything short of incredible. The entire staff is friendly and passionate about the food and atmosphere of the cafe. Our favorite waitress Reelika always explains the menu so well and makes it such a fun experience. I highly highly recommend this place, if you enjoy good food then you will definitely enjoy this gem. Thank you Francis and staff for another fantastic meal and we can’t wait to return“

“I randomly stumbled across this place this morning, and I'm glad I found it. They have a pretty standard breakfast menu, with some more exciting specials. A lot of their breakfast menu allowed you to build-your-own-meal. Examples... instead of listing out 10 different omelet variations, you essentially just build your own. Same with their frittatas. You also choose your sides (homefries, fruit, toast, grits) rather than being forced to have toast and homefries with the other options being up charged. Ok, onto to my meal. I went super basic. I got 3 eggs scrambled, scrapple, fruit cup, and toast. The scrapple was thick, crispy on the outside, and had a hot soft center... prefect! The fruit cup was a fresh medley of watermelon, cantaloupe, honey dew, strawberries, and pineapple. The eggs, toast, and coffee were all delicious as well. Their prices are very reasonable for what you get. I'll definitely be back when I'm in the area!“

“Worst take out experience ever. Ordered two corned beef specials to go, requested the chips go inti a separate box so as not to get soggy next to the sandwiches. At pickup, they put the chips on with the sandwich. Requested it be put in a separate box, got attitude from waitress. I gave up paid and left. The cole slaw tasted like vinegar, the corned beef tasted stale as if not freshly sliced. It all went to garbage disposal. NEVER again.“

“I used to get takeout from here at least once or twice a month for their delicious gf pancakes. I moved away a year or so back, and was in town this weekend.
Came in to sit down for breakfast, our server was amazing and the restaurant still had a good cute vibe per usual.
However the gf pancakes were different, very different. They still tasted somewhat similar but they were flat, dry and grainy. I was so disappointed. I couldn’t tell if the recipe had changed or if they were just made improperly.

They used to be so thick and fluffy and just overall amazing.
If somebody from management/ ownership sees this, you should bring the old recipe back/ do some better quality control. They were truly special, and prob the best gf pancakes I have had to date. I’d be happy to pay more to get those thick fluffy pancakes once again.
Even thought I don’t live here anymore, I always looked forward to nudys gf pancakes when I was visiting.

We've always been pleased with the friendly service, delicious food quality, and value... We recently hosted a baby shower for our daughter, and approached to owner about catering the event for 35 guests... We enjoyed a feast of humus, chicken kabob, beef tenderloin kabob, grilled fresh vegetables, and rice... The meal was ready to go as scheduled, we were provided with chafing dishes and sterno to keep the meal warm, and enjoyed a great dining experience... Our guests thoroughly enjoyed the meal... “A regional exclusive restaurant only found in Pennsylvania, which offers a variety of amazing food. If you are ever near one, I strongly suggest you head on over. This place will make you forget about IHOP and Dennys. The brunch we had was so good, we came back the very next day.

Parking: Located in an outlet shopping center there is plenty of parking.

“We come about once a month because the kids love the pancakes. Today we had an excellent server who my daughter loved and wanted to let her know how kind she was. Her name is Mariana. She brought extra whipped cream for my daughter’s pancakes and was so sweet! I love their eggs Benedict myself. And their pancakes are great. Hash browns are bland, though. But most breakfast places unfortunately don’t have good hash browns or home fries.“

“I've been here tons of times and a couple times have had a few issues, always rectified though. Yes it's really busy at lunch time. I just got back from having breakfast there with my 9 month old and the lady who served us was fantastic. Wish I caught her name. Not only did she see I had my hands full so she brought everything to my table for me but she also realized I left my latte when I was leaving and ran it out to me as I was getting in my car. Great customer service today from this lady!“

“This is the best cafe in Phoenixville if not the country lol. The baked goods are actually the greatest things I’ve ever had. I’ve tried a lot of stuff and I’m always blown the heck away. I truly can’t name a better place out of all my travels. Love 260! So grateful for them. The coffee is also very good (I’m not a coffee snob I just love a good quality latte) they make balanced lattes that are never too sweet. The best is their fun night time menu on the weekends with live music - so cool. The matcha cookie , strawberry cookie, and lavender latte have been my fave. Their croissants are 10/10 don’t skip out on a croissant. My fiance and I like to go on a run on the SRT and head right here after on a Saturday morning and sit upstairs on the balcony. Nothing better. This is the only place I go now for coffee and a treat.

Update 10/12: we came here with my in laws late night for tea a day after my wedding day. They heard and congratulated us! Then even though we took forever to leave and held them up at close they came over and gave us two wonderful strawberry croissant loaf cakes on the house. This spot is truly a gem. Thank you always!“

“Far Away Farm was recommended to me by a local, and I cannot wait to go back. The chicken salad sandwich was one of the best things I have tasted in months, and that was overshadowed by the apple cider muffin, rolled in cinamon sugar. Truly one of the best lunch stops I've had in years - I would drive 2 hours again just to stop here.“

“I like Root Down but am very disappointed that they discontinued Vegan Vibes Wednesdays. We went regularly when it was around. Now, with limited option, we don’t have a reason to eat here anymore.“

“The Good: restaurant is very clean and nice inside. The Bad: The food quality is disappointing. Frequently incorrect orders and sandwiches that are very messy. We have gone on multiple instances but usually have an issue. My son received a grilled cheese that was just a cold cheese slice on bread. Another time my wife received the wrong sandwich (see below) which would have disappointed whoever ordered it. It seems like the quality of Panera in general has dipped overtime, though this one still needs work despite being open nearly a year.

Update November 2024: We dined inside this time. Food, service, and quality were SIGNIFICANTLY better. There seems to be a big difference between dine in and take out/drive thru. Glad to see things improving!“

“Love the lionville juice pod! they are so nice and all of the food is delicious and fresh - the salads and toasts are my favorite and of course you can't beat the acai bowls. personal favorite item on the menu is the malibu barbie smoothie - you're in for a treat! we always do takeout but it's a cute place to sit and eat lunch, too.“
