I absolutely adore their coffee and breakfast sandwiches, but today they completely caught me off guard. By mistake, I placed my order at the wrong spot. I felt quite let down by my own mistake, so I quickly reordered at the right location. Then, around 15 minutes later, I got a message saying they had refunded my initial order. Tried this coffee shop for the first time, good sandwich and coffee, will definitely come again. Only complaint is the screen that alternates between parts of the food menu and photos. This is distracting, overstimulating, and not useful and makes ordering more stressful and confusing. Either have a screen up with all of the menu options all of the time or just have the laminated menus.
We had breakfast in an igloo! Food was great and the coffee was spot on!!
