“The Whitpain Tavern is my go to neighborhood bar and restaurant. Great food, friendly employees and some of the best cocktails out there. The bar has it's share of regulars and it is always fun to go in, have a drink and talk with everyone at the bar. Tina who works behind the bar during the day is one of the best bartenders out there. Friendly, attentive, remembers her customer's names and knows her craft. Pat and Alex the owners are hands on, there every day and take pride in their establishment. Two super nice people that get to know their customers. The Whitpain is like my Cheers and I look forward to my visits there each week.“

“The Blue Bell Inn food and cocktails are the best in the Blue Bell area. The food is always consistent, of high quality and made to accommodate special requests. Food is delivered timely and with a smile by their polite and efficient food runners. Our favorite part though is the bartenders especially DJ, Adam, Lou and the awesome bar back Dan. They always greet with a smile and provide delicious drinks. When the bar is busy they go out of their way to accommodate people to try to get everyone seated as best they can. BBI is our regular spot and we enjoy talking with all of the patrons and the bartenders on our visits. Top notch always!“

“We just discovered this place after dining in Chestnut Hill for over 7 years. We could not be more in love. Incredible sandwiches. Such a laidback, cozy vibe. It’s clear that it’s a local favorite when you walk in. The kindest people work there. You feel like you step into a friend’s house & you get to have an incredible sandwich while you’re there. The food and drinks were all fabulous - Bar Jawn has a chill, relaxed atmosphere but boasts an elevated bar menu that is so much more and so far beyond typical bar food! Some of our favorites were the drunken ravioli, the buffalo arancini (so inventive!!!), the chicken parm (make sure you get it with ravioli!), the mozzarella triangles (mozz sticks with an upgrade!) and the eggplant stack! “Had a great time. We went to see Magical Mystery Doors. Food was excellent and top k notch burgers. Our waitress went above and beyond ( sorry forgot name but petite woman curly hair). Our only complaint was they should set boundaries when there is live music. We had a table almost next to the stage but there was so many people that we had to stand ( not that that’s a problem) but there was ways they could’ve avoided this. All in all a solid place“

I thought you opened early but see your hours start at 5pm. I have a girlfriend that wants to celebrate her birthday there November 2, 2024, so I plan to call and make arrangements for us to celebrate there this Saturday. I give this restaurant a five plus.“

“I've been coming here since 2005. It changed hands recently (the last few years 2020's).
The gentleman who serves most days is professional and kind. Today there was a young white kid, who was on his phone, cocky, and uninterested in serving the customers. Really? I'll keep coming as long as the older guy is there. But the kid has got to b go. Sorry.“
